Classes
Salsa is very popular in Los Angeles and there are lots of night clubs where you can go dancing. It evolved in the 70's when dancers started to mix Mambo, a popular Latin dance from the 40's and 50's, with the exciting and quick turning patterns of the Hustle, a 70's disco dance. Bachata, Merengue, Cumbia, Cha-Cha and Mambo are all "sister" dances of Salsa and we teach those as part of the salsa warmup. We also offer them as specialty workshops and bootcamps.

We offer some of the best Beginner Salsa Classes in Los Angeles for all levels—no partner or experience required. Learn Salsa fundamentals, rhythm, and partner connection in a fun, supportive class designed to build confidence for real social dancing.
Our Beginner Salsa Classes (Salsa 1) are designed for dancers with little to no experience. You’ll learn foundational footwork, rhythm, timing, and basic partnering skills while building confidence from day one—no partner required.
This level focuses on creating a strong foundation so you feel comfortable dancing with different partners and moving naturally to the music on the social dance floor.

Intermediate Salsa Classes – Technique & Flow (Salsa 1.5)
Our Intermediate Salsa Classes (Salsa 1.5) are ideal for dancers who are comfortable with basic Salsa fundamentals and ready to refine their skills. This level deepens partnering technique, footwork clarity, timing, and styling, helping you dance with more control and intention.
You’ll expand your movement vocabulary while improving connection, flow, and musical awareness for smoother, more confident social dancing.
